Phil Schuman has been renovating, building, buying, and selling homes since 2013. Born and raised on Maryland's rural Eastern Shore, Phil has always had a knack for noticing the "little things" when walking through a house. Over the years, Phil has learned from experienced family members; home builders, master carpenters, and business owners. Working on homes is what "makes him tick" and he can't wait to get to work with you. Phil resides in Kennebunkport with his wife Jaime (Kennebunk High School Class of 2004) and is the father to three incredible daughters.
